This assembly and test station includes a mounting place for final assembly and a MCD test cell for functional, haptical and optical tests. These tested components are control units and operating elements for truck air conditioning systems.
Gravity roller tables and feeding lines facilitate a semi-automatic delivery and collection of components and finished parts. After the final assembly via additional devices by Schmidt Technology and Deprag Schulz, the connectors, signal receivers, operating elements and displays of the components are tested.
