MCD employees love taking time to give young people insight into working life. This week Mr. Nils Birkhahn from the Ludwig-Uhland-School in Birkenfeld receives first experience in the IT and software departments as part of his BORS internship. The whole team wishes him positive impressions and a good time at MCD.
The career guidance at secondary schools (short: BORS) dates back on a 26-year tradition and takes place at the beginning of the ninth school year in all secondary schools in Baden-Württemberg. The aim of BORS is to prepare pupils for the forthcoming choice of profession and give them insight into which direction they want to go.
