This end-of-line tester for test blowers of small heating units, that are used in air-conditioning systems or floor heating systems of buses and trains.
Many different measurements are necessary to check all functions of the small heating systems. In addition to the multilevel functional test of the blowers, voltage and current measurements as well as a density test via comparison procedures between input and output pressure are carried out. A so-called quick adaption ensures that the manual contacting of the DUTs can be completed without any time delay. This EOL test system is able to provide corresponding device labels as well as the necessary shipment documents. Within serial production, individual production orders can also be entered and selected via the MCD Toolmonitor Order Management.
