This EOL tester completes fully automatic functional tests on air conditioning compressor inverters for hybrid and electric vehicles to ensure the interior air conditioning without the waste heat from combustion engines.
DUTs are transported fully automatically to the test position on a goods carrier via an integrated transport system and automatically begins testing. This makes it easy to integrate the test system into an existing production line. After contacting the DUTs, all quality-relevant parameters such as the current consumption or the switching times of the output driver will be checked in partial-load operation. It is possible to test different types of inverters without a high modification effort.
