Technological progress, like the further development of electronic powered vehicles, lead to new tasks for MCD Elektronik. These tasks appear during the development of these test systems for wall charging stations.
A FCT and an EOLT station were delivered to a well-known manufacturer of wall charging stations that are used for the loading of electronic cars' tracking batteries. The FCT station tests and programs the control PCBs in the first step. Afterwards, all the quality-relevant characteristics of the final product with the integrated PCB are tested under high voltage and various simulated loads with the EOL tester.
