Today our 5 trainees and their trainer took part in a workshop. Main focus of the seminar were communication and feedback, which can enhance teamwork and conflict resolution; hence offer a better work environment. In the form of role-plays the partial unconsious behaviour of oneself and the others were shown. In the second part of the course the trainees as well as their trainers had to present a powerpoint presentation point out the duties in an apprenticeship. The aim was to strengthen the team spirit, the right communication with each other and the correct behaviour in conflict situations.
