Another test system for fully automated inspection of motherboards was delivered to an international automotive supplier to Hungary last week.
This function tester includes a variety of features, which ensure compliance with the high quality standards of the automotive industry. Every operating voltages, current consumption, temperature measurements, USB ports, audio and video inputs and outputs will be checked. Also the phone module, WLAN, GPS and Bluetooth modules, CAN connections, the DVD drive and antenna signals are examined carefully. In order to make such a large number of measurements in a short time, the samples are simultaneously contacted on four levels and two boards are constantly tested at the same time.
