Recently, MCD can look forward to a new Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). This innovation makes it possible to carry out many tasks more effectively and use existing resources more efficiently. Since our customers are always the focal point, a Customer Relationship Managements system (CRM) has been integrated. This system enables MCD to recognize customer-specific requirements even better allowing customer relationships to be maintained to the last detail.
After testing the system's paces thoroughly, it is now ready. The first order was placed and handled by the new system. MCD customers do not have to be surprised if everything is faster now than ever before.
