With the Toolmonitor Sherlock Vision, MCD enlarges its imaging portfolio. The software allows to integrate different camera standards for test procedure, to define imaging projects and to analyse them in the Toolmonitor.
Using the "Teledyne Dalsa Sherlock Tools" there are visualization and processing functions like the definition of limits, testing of position accuracy, correct mounting and swash circuit inspections of components, as well as the check of quality characteristics, symbols and LED colors.
