Quality requires care and reliability - two attributes that are taken very seriously at MCD. Again MCD Elektronik has been able to renew its certification of the internationally accepted DIN EN ISO 9001 standard. The reason for this is continuous quality management, which is audited and certified by TÜV Süd annually.
Last week the first audit according to the updatet ISO standard from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 took place. Apart from the previous mapping of a structured and continuous improvement process as well as the documentation of all quality-relevant processes, there are now further requirements which must be fulfilled. For example, more stringent regulations in the area of knowledge and risk management have been introduced. To make it easier to connect different standard requirements, a new structure has also been implemented. Nevertheless, these new requirements are also met with success by MCD.
The entire MCD team pursued the audit and are now looking forward to the successful certification according to ISO 9001:2015. All MCD employees will continue to work on life-filled and customer-optimized quality processes in order to meet their own requirements as well as the requirements of the customers.
