The actual positive trend of the electronics production industry was noticeable at the Productronica trade fair in Munich. World's leading trade fair for electronics development and production welcomed 44.000 visitors from November 14th to 17th in 2017, which was an increase of almost 20 percent over the event in 2015. The measurement specialists of MCD Elektronik from Birkenfeld also recognized this visitor increase and the company is happy about being able to put together a great summary about this years Productronica participation.
MCD Elektronik used the slogan "Get in touch with sensitive testing" to offer measurement technology for all senses at their trade fair booth 254 in hall A1. While MCD's standard products were integrated with a MCD-red niche to the booth itself, the free space in front of the moving "messBAR" was used to present innovative measurement technology and application examples.
A 6-axis robot demonstrated haptic, acoustic and optic tests inside a robot cell. The brand new "VTS 2030" standard test systems showed the flexibility of test stands in perfection. These height-adjustable test systems with their easily exchangeable and modularly scalable adaptions proved to be a major attraction.
For technical and culinary support, MCD's "BARista" and Chief Representative of Hungary Gergely Boross was part of the trade fair team. Drinks and snacks were "driven" directly to the guest by the "messBAR" that was constructed after a running sushi bar style and the visitors were able to enjoy the special Cold Drip Coffee creations.
