Networking Event from Marketing-Club Karlsruhe at MCD

There was a big rush on the MCD premises for the Marketing-Club Karlsruhe event.

Last Thursday MCD Elektronik welcomed over 60 guests for a networking event from the Marketing-Club Karlsruhe. Already at the reception, one could feel the euphoria of the guests, the host and the speakers for the upcoming evening.

Ms. Karin Bacher, member of the advisory board of the Marketing-Club, opened the evening with a lot of heart and increased the awareness on the upcoming lecture with the topic "Recruiting for Generation Z - Employer Branding". Mr. Dominik Schmidt, Head of Personnel Development and Recruitment at Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH, vividly introduced to the participants the challenges that companies will have to face concerning the imminent generation change. This provided a lot of conversation topics for the guests of the generations X and Y.

After the interesting lecture, a company tour took place where CEO Bruno Hörter gave the visitors an understanding of all the heart, sweat and tears that MCD puts into its testing and measuring systems. With enthusiasm, great conversations and much appreciation for all involved persons, the informative evening ended in a relaxed atmosphere.
