In the search for new specialists and junior employees, MCD Elektronik is now focusing on new methods.
The "career" area was integrated to the company's website where you will find information about corporate culture and career opportunities besides open vacancies. Additionally, an application portal was established at the "Jobs" site that makes an online application possible within a few minutes.
Furthermore, MCD presents its training and study programs via the social media channels and recently, audience optimated through the mobile app "TalentHero". Within this application software, the future professionals are able to search for training positions or study programs with their smartphone or a tablet, integrate their profile with all application documents and make their application directly via this app.
The former trainee Luisa Haug was given the possibility to describe her field of activity and her decision for a training at MCD Elektronik to potential new trainees with a short video.
