The whole MCD team warmly welcomes the new apprentices and intern students at the start of their vocational training in 2019. MCD Elektronik can look forward to a few newcomers, as five young people are starting their careers inquisitively.

With Paulina Britsch (left) and Jamie Jäger (2nd from left) we welcome two prospective management assistants for wholesale and foreign trade with additional qualifications in international business management. Both will support the commercial departments in all activities during their years of training. Jeremias Haas (not photographed) will begin his training as an IT specialist in the field of application development and will get to know the areas of software development and IT in particular. Furthermore, MCD is pleased to be able to train two intern students in technical fields again. Erik Heinekamp (3rd from left) starts his studies in computer science, while David Exler (right) chooses electrical engineering as his study content.

In their first steps into professional life, all young talents are extensively supported by former MCD apprentices and students, who are now among the outstanding specialists in their respective fields. Together with HR manager and CFO Petra Noske-Mahseredjian, an entire "introduction day" for the newcomers was organized this year. From team-building games, important information about the company and other topics including an independent exploration of the company building was offered and thus a great start into professional life began.

The entire team wishes everyone much success in training and study and a joyful time at MCD.
