Overall, five large systems were delivered from MCD Elektronik to a customer in Poland. The test systems are used for the check of printed circuit boards for infotainment systems used in the automotive industry.
Electrical tests are executed with the help of MCD test systems so that, for example, GPS communication is checked and also voltage, currents, video and network functionalities.
Every test bench includes four test adapters and the test of four PCBs can be done simultaneously.
Because of the existing sensors, the correct insertion position and the presence of the test object are supervised.
Thanks to the integrated mini-PC, a customer-specific software is installed on the PCBs and their functionality is tested.
