Last friday, there was a MCD Health Day again for the first time since two years. Therefore, an exciting program was offered, consisting of digital speeches, posture diagnosis and thera band trainings as well as activities like Nordic-Walking, herbal walk and a cooking course. MCD's employees showed interest in these offers, developed themselves and were happy about the barbecue party as a relaxed ending.
A special thanks goes to MCD's management and to the cooperation partners like AOK, BARMER, the Techniker (TK) and the company Meisterleistung GmbH for their professional expertise and motivation. There was a lot of important information given about "health at work". The whole MCD team looks forward to a repetition next year and considers further that "a healthy life is the best life".
