A lot of innovative test systems are presented at various trade fairs that MCD participates in each year. The new corporate movie is placed under the slogan 'Sharp senses for perfection'.

MCD's Center

Since the new building was constructed, the MCD Headquarters is based in the industrial park of the Dammfeld area in Birkenfeld. An absolute highlight for all the employees, customers and visitors.

MCD's AudioAnalyzer

This self-developed device for audio and video measurements is a sign for the innovative strength of MCD Elektronik. It plays an increasing role in tests of infotainment systems.

MCD's History

MCD Elektronik was found in 1983 with the idea of an attenuation box. Meanwhile, complex testing and automation technology is developed and delivered all over the world.

MCD's Boards

The products of the 'Boardline' are especially for the test engineering developed boards for multiplexing and various kinds of signal processing. These boards are also used in the MCD test systems.

Next to a strong management level, the long-standing success of the business is hugely owed to the creativity, competence and experience of the committed employees.

MCD's USB Hubs

Celebrated as a global novelty, these control components are continually modified. Whether with six or eight ports, all of the USB hubs are available at the Online Shop.

MCD's Perfect Coffee

To discover the secret to perfect coffee, MCD uses the whole range of their measurement systems. Finally, a coffee test stand and a Toolmonitor for coffee testing are the result.

MCD's Award

In 2024, the MCD Elektronik GmbH is awarded for being one of the TOP 100 innovative leaders in the german medium-sized sector for the seventh time in succession by the compamedia GmbH.

MCD's productronica Participation

From November 14th to 17th, MCD participated at the productronica 2023 at Munich. The review reports detailed about this very successful trade fair and MCDs innovative exhibits.

MCD's Monitoring Tool

For monitoring of interconnected test systems via mobile devices, controlling of test processes as well as live analysis of statistics of test sequences and DUTs, this software tool was developed.

MCD's Test Systems "VTS 2030"

MCD sets new standards for the standardization of test system construction with this concept. Most of the common test fixtures are applicable to the height-adjustable test stands.

RunIn System

A special RunIn system was sent to China. We were allowed to develop and manufacture one RunIn system for switching modules for a large automotive supplier. Thirty-six switches are monitored and tested in a temperature ranging from -40 °C to +70 °Celsius.

Features:

Testing of the current consumption in the various work areas
Signal test level and rise times
Monitoring of switch positions
Synchronous sampling of the output signals

Rotating carousel with 2 floors for inserting and connecting the switch
Control valves for manual operation
Cabinet with interface and ventilation unit
Control unit with measurement technology and measurement software TestManager CE to perform the tests
