Level and Chassis Sensor

MCD has developed another test system for level and chassis sensors, which is designed for 20 different variants.

Level and Chassis Sensor

Function:

The variants release one or two analog signals or an analog signal and PWM-signal. They differ also in lever geometry, the calibration angle, the programmed characteristics, and the lever guidance. On the test stand, the sensors are programmed at first  then followed by a 100% inspection. The giver signals are measured over a 370° rotation and evaluated afterwards.
New is
the parallel programing and verification of two socalled dies of a sensor.

Components:

The software of this appliance is written in LabVIEW 8.5.1. The measurement instrumentation used, besides the MCD hardware, are NI-Motion and DAQ components by NI.
