The manufacturing of an eight station indexing table for inspection and assembling of power window lift components was recently completed.
The eight table station:
- Manual loading
- Mechanical inspection, Barcode
- Incircuit, testing of components
- Programming of components
- Reserve station for upgrades
- Function test of components
- Slide cover
- Reserve for upgrades
Features:
- Test station with a combined ICT and performance test
- Control mode via industrial computer
- ICT, flash station and performance tests are parallel to each other and are being operated over the MCD control program
- For the performance test the universal measurement system UMS1300 ME is used
- Test item is stimulated for the performance test through the LIN BUS
- Communication with the indexing table was realized over the serial interface
