- Velocity test of the mirror glass adjustment and angle computation
- Testing folding function of the rest adapter with optical testing in the end positions
- Permanent current measurement during adjustments of rest adapter and mirror glass
- Optical glass testing
- Optical identification of the warning labels on the mirror glass (English, Arabic)
- Optical base testing with type difference
- Heating test
- Short circuit and pole testing with insulators test towards mirror mass
- Electrical and optical EC glass testing
The cycle time of the entire system amounts to approx. 20 seconds.
