MCD completed all works successfully on a fully automatic test system, designed for power window lift modules. Four test systems the ICT, Flash 1+2, and FKT work at the same time independently and parallel. The ICT tester checks with a digital test measurement device all electrical units for its accuracy. The flash programmer's workplace 1+2 programs PIC processor onto the power window lift boards. The functions tester checks the functions of the power window lift. By a pass, an explicit serial number is written over LIN-communication into the processor.
The control and analysis is a function of the order processor. Over a touch screen monitor all type of specific data is designed and reviewed. The order processor can monitor the machine control. All test item data is reviewed by means of a database link and released for testing.
Specifics:
An image of the system is displayed on the touch screen monitor. The status of the specific machine parts is indicated in color. Error messages are displayed in plain text on the status bar. The programming and the function tests are controlled via a PC with four independent programs.
