MCD builts an automated board tester linie for radio- and navigation systems. The tester line consists of a total of 16 inline functional testing systems plus 3 repair stations. The to be tested boards are guided through each single test station controlled by barcodes and sorted in the end. Faulty boards will be passed to the repair station. MCD was responsible for the entire development, planning, construction and commissioning on-site in the USA. The project could be processed in a record time of only 4 months.
