MCD's History

MCD Elektronik was found in 1983 with the idea of an attenuation box. Meanwhile, complex testing and automation technology is developed and delivered all over the world.

This week, we completed working on an Off-Line Screening Temperature Test system.

Highlights: (Summary)

In the Weiss climatic exposure test cabinet up to 18 TSS control units can be tested simultaneousness per interchangeable set.
Temperature diagram: -4°F up to 185°F
Interchangeable set will be placed inside the climatic exposure test cabinet

Test Range:

Sequential electric current measuring of the TSS control units in sleep mode

The test serves to validate control transmitters and also to document the sleep mode characteristics of the transmitter at various temperatures.

The communication between the two equipments, the climatic exposure test cabinet and the test system, takes place serial.
