For the first time, MCD delivers test systems to a large automotive supplier located in China. The MCD test systems consist of a functional tester, which examines the display PCB´s, and an end-of-line test system testing complete displays.
Tests completed are :
- Visual inspection: Scratches on the display
- Pixel error
- Voltages and currents
- Switch on characteristics
- PWM signals back light
- Frequency - (Glass)
- Power consumption at different operating conditions
- Flicker measurements and alignment over camera
Features:
- Data can be stored in the memory of the test item
The special feature is the measuring and calibration of the flicker value of the display. In addition, three test items on the function test can be parallel tested.
