MCD successfully completed the upgrade of a screening rack on LDS modules.
The test system tests:
- 36-LDS-Modules at different temperatures
- Functions of the rotary light switches
- LIN Communication
- ADW values of all switch positions
- Lighting functions, key functions
- Quiescent current and current consumption
- Redundancy function of each switch position
The special feature is the test software TestManager CE, which controls the conditioning rack with up to 11 freely definable temperature gradient controls. Key and switch function examinations which are accomplished manually are recognized automatically and evaluated by the test routine. Intervention by an operator during the test procedure is not necessary. At the same time the user receives a visual feedback about the test item during the test procedure.
