In 2007, we manufactured a fully automated board test line for radio and navigation equipment for a US automotive supplier. The test line consists of 16 Inline function test beds and 3 repair stations.
The test items are bar code controlled from the control line, controlled through the individual test sites and sorted in the end. Faulty boards are funneled to the repair station.
Now, an upgrade has been made to the test stands. Shared goods can now be fully automated and tested in parallel.
