For one week, MCD employees and their trainees took the time to offer the two students an insight into a
career life. Niclas Hoell learned about different departments in the administration. Here, he was
allowed to actively participate in handling the receipts of goods to exporting a test system. Jonas Langman, however gained an insight of our software division. He was able to learn, with assistance, the programming of test procedures, creating measurement steps, and learned the configuration of controls.
We are exited to help inspire young people to participate in technical training programs, because technical occupation areas are in urgent need of future talent.
