The systems were securely packed in wooden crates and delivered to the Shanghai location. While the preparations for the new opening took place in full speed at the same time the functional test systems for power modules were put into service.
We are delighted with this project and are looking forward to a continued cooperation.
Details about the test system:
- Electrical parameters are tested by simulating real environments
- Testing of proper assembly
- 17 different versions to test
- Current measurements in the range of 1 micro amps to 40 amps
- Rise time measurements in the range of 0.1 msec to 100 msec
Highlights:
With the development of a tool monitor the customer's targeted cycle time of 30 seconds has been reduced by more than half.
