MCD Adaption for Bluetooth and WLAN Module

With our test adaptation for Cardboards, we ensure good quality of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals in your car. Today, the system was completed and is ready for shipment.

A centralized, programmable switch interface was developed specifically for this test system. For a maximum of 4 DUT’s, this adapter board can turn on or switch the following:

  • 4 operating voltages with Sense
  • SDIO signals over a high-speed analog switch
  • 12 analog signals through analog switches
  • 4 analog signals via relays
  • 24 resistors  10k present on the PIOs. All PIOs are open collector
  • The active DUT has pull-ups, while the inactive pull-downs at the PIO ports.

Functions:

  • Measurement of  the Bluetooth and WLAN communication
  • Current and voltage measurements
  • Functional and structural testing
  • 4 modules are placed in the adaptation and consecutively tested
  • The mechanical handling takes over the control MCD PIC8IO

Components:

  • WLAN and Bluetooth transmitter and receiver units
  • HF-density adaptation
  • Mini 2D barcode scanner
  • Adapter and exchangeable unit are equipped with programmable memory cells which contain the calibration data
