With our test adaptation for Cardboards, we ensure good quality of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals in your car. Today, the system was completed and is ready for shipment.
A centralized, programmable switch interface was developed specifically for this test system. For a maximum of 4 DUT’s, this adapter board can turn on or switch the following:
- 4 operating voltages with Sense
- SDIO signals over a high-speed analog switch
- 12 analog signals through analog switches
- 4 analog signals via relays
- 24 resistors 10k present on the PIOs. All PIOs are open collector
- The active DUT has pull-ups, while the inactive pull-downs at the PIO ports.
Functions:
- Measurement of the Bluetooth and WLAN communication
- Current and voltage measurements
- Functional and structural testing
- 4 modules are placed in the adaptation and consecutively tested
- The mechanical handling takes over the control MCD PIC8IO
