Exhibition Productronica 2011

From the 14th-18th of November 2011, the Productronica exhibition, the world's leading trade fair for innovative electronics production, opened its doors in Munich. Like every year, MCD was among the exhibitors.

In the focus of the trade fair, MCD had presented its newly developed test-generation machines, the "Universal Low-Cost System".

The system was introduced in the following three different versions:

  • Functions tester of AF generators
  • End-of-Line tester for PWM controller
  • Video and audio function test system

The multifunctional measuring and testing system comes from the in-house development of MCD and was funded by the BMWi. In this new development, new technologies that have not been implemented in the past were used: highly complex components, software techniques with automatic self-optimization and new materials in the mechanical construction.

Included in our exhibits at the Productronica was also a reference project of company Leuze. MCD had developed a test system for testing of safety light curtains.

A highlight was introducing the idea of the MCD Toolmonitors at the exhibition stand. The tool monitors can be accessed from any high-level languages and offer a variety of expansion options.

This diversity of product introductions on the MCD stand drew interest of trade visitors from various industry sectors. Both new prospects and existing clientele were inspired and delighted of the product range listed in the MCD brochure. The newly-printed brochure left no more unanswered questions. Not only did it contain the complete range of products with respective descriptions and prices, but many successful projects that were realized and completed as well, accompanied by links that led to small product demonstrations.

We hereby would like to thank all visitors for the interesting contacts and exchange of information.
