Today we delivered an EOL Test System for the simultaneous examination of two fan controllers. The system consists of two racks with the same measuring equipment. The mechanical design of the production line was incorporated by the customer. Commissioning was carried out by the customer via a secure VPN connection and in collaboration with an MCD employee from his workplace.
Features:
The test system examines two DUTs simultaneously. Enables analogs and PWM-based controllers for cars and trucks to be tested. The tests consist of voltage and current measurements by different Duty Cycles and different loads. Thus, the curve of the DUT is scanned and tested to its limits. In addition, closed-circuit, short-circuit current and diagnostics voltages are also tested.
