The AudioAnalyzer of MCD now in a new version

In its current version the AudioAnalyzer captivates with its practical housing, which can be easily implemented into space-saving 19 "racks.

An interesting option is the integrated MicroPC. Together with the tst software TestManager CE and other components from our product range, it allows the realization of complete test systems.

Also, the AudioAnalyzer is suitable for the implementation of optical into electrical S/PDIF signals, and vice versa. The applications range from the tuner calibration, testing of audio amplifiers and infotainment systems, to testing of switching power supplies up to the flashing relay or motor examination. Given the sales success, MCD’s CEO Bruno Hörter confirms his product strategy: "We designed the MCD AudioAnalyzer out of practical experience specifically for the use in manufacturing. The device is characterized by very rapid measurement methods and can easily be integrated into automated test systems. The AudioAnalyzer is therefore an affordable alternative to expensive, over-sized and complicated to use lab analyzers."

The device, in its basic configuration comes equipped with analog, digital and optical inputs and outputs. In conjunction with either an integrated or an external PC is next to the test software TestManager CE also the Toolmonitor Data Manager applied for statistical analyzes. The AudioAnalyzer is fully remote controllable via a USB interface and operates its own programs autonomously.

In this way, complete measurements can be performed in the background independently and entirely parallel with other tests. Multiple systems in parallel operation enable an in-step 100% production testing.

The Toolmonitor AudioAnalyzer offers the option of programming with a scripting language, with which complex measurements can be programmed very easily. The device supports special measuring methods with very fast measurements, as they are particularly in demand in the production of audio devices. Important applications of the AudioAnalyzer are noise measurements on switches, gears, mechanical devices or sensors.
