During the last week MCD´s Business Development Manager Labib Feidy and Hard-/Software Application Specialist Frank Schumacher were guests at the 21st Hightech expo at the Olympic Tower in Munich. The yearly hightech meeting is hosted by our cooperation partner Meilhaus Electronic and traditionally took place at Munichs´ 360° restaurant, 181 meters above the city. The two-day program of this exclusive fair concentrated on the topics of measuring and control technology. In a relaxed atmosphere, the interested participants found out about the newest trends on embedded PCs, automation, power supplies as well as measurement and testing technology.
According to the motto "We put our heart and soul into testing", MCD presented the latest systems and projects in the field of measurement technology to the visitors. To illustrate the sometimes very technical procedures clearly, the MCD developers simplified the innovations in the form of everyday situations. One of many highlights was a marble maze, which ran automatically due to the help of MCDs image processing software "Vision Monitor". It was a great event with numerous visitors and interesting expert lectures.
Overall, 390 participants decided to attend the premium measurement event. On both days, MCD was represented by Frank Schumachers presentation about "Current Technologies for Testing of Components in Electrical Vehicles". The entire MCD team would like to thank all visitors for the interesting and informative exchange and is already looking forward to the upcoming Olympic Tower 2016.
