In order to test mainboard PCBs, three FCT fixtures with an associated repair fixture were developed and delivered. With these fixtures customers from the automotive sector have the possibility to test and indentify potential errors on the PCBs directly.
While the FCT fixtures are testing the electrical connections, the activation and the functionality of the boards, the repair fixture allows a localization and an elimination of errors using specified measuring points. With an additional Fluke Multimeter measurement points can be initiated and checked manually via a special measuring cable.
The testing operator gets the measuring points displayed on a monitor by using analyzed coordinates of an image and is able to check them manually.
