Designed for the testing of PCBs which are used in LED curing lights from dental technology, this fixture with a mobile ULC rack was developed. Up to four PCBs can be simultaneously inserted in this fixture which allows a short handling period.
Three of the four PCBs are automatically tested for their current and voltage values at different loads, while the fourth board, the "controller", is additionally tested for the subsequent operating functions. Activation of control LED, buzzer and push button functions fall under these operating functions. This testing is supported by a half-automatic operational sequence during which the user confirms the requested functions manually on a touch screen.
