MCD Elektronik GmbH is also taking a small but significant step towards a sustainable and environment-friendly future. Due to the exponentially growing electric car market, an e-charging station has now been installed on the MCD company premises. In this way, MCD also takes part to improving the opportunities for an environmental and climate-friendly mobility. The investment was encouraged with the campaign "Neue Mobilität: bewegt nachhaltig" by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Transport.
Now the charging station can be used by MCD employees, "electromobile" customers and suppliers. It is possible for two e-cars to connect and charge simultaneously without any problems. Thanks to the newest technology, the station charging process is completely soundfree and enables that the employee's, customer's and supplier’s e-cars are fully charged and ready to go after work or once the visit at MCD has ended.
