To honor employees with outstanding performances ("Performance Heroes") or contributing the company development by product or process innovations ("Innovation Heroes"), the "MCD Wall of Heroes" was launched. Mr. Markus Ams, Mr. Eduard Diewold and Mr. Reinhold Szegedi are actually the first MCD employees that were awarded as "Performance Heroes".
These tributes will now be regularly executed and are supposed to support thinking "out of the box", questioning existing processes and optimizing the internal and external work of the MCD Elektronik GmbH.
The whole company expresses congratulation to the awarded colleagues and looks forward to a lot more names on the "MCD Wall of Heroes".
