Meilhaus Electronic and MCD Elektronik introduce the Test Sequencer Package
Birkenfeld, October 5th 2009: From the newly formed corporation of MCD Elektronik GmbH a test system specialist, and Meilhaus Electronic GmbH a measurement technology developer, the first soft and hardware packages are developed. The software basis is done by our test software TestManager CE. It is a software development kit for creating applications for test systems, for example, endurance, circuit boards, final testing and process control. The software contains extensive and powerful visualization of the process status and offers easy to manage dialogs and formulas with the integrated Formula-Designer. Even the creation of complex test sequences is a breeze. All current measurement cards by Meilhaus Electronic Development, as well as the USB multifunction device MEphisto Scope, and the RedLab measurement module series for USB are supported with the TestManager. The combination of Meilhaus hardware and TestManager offers a solution of reasonably priced introduction packages up to professional high-end solution with PCI, PCI Express, CompactPCI, or decentralized Ethernet measurement and control technology.
Both companies introduce as a sample package the ME-Neuron, a complete CompactPCI based and very highly reliable Measurement PC, equipped with the 16 bit multifunction card ME 4660 and connection accessories, all included in the package. Together with the TestManager, the user then receives a complete test system for test applications with a simple combination of controllable analog inputs, outputs, digital channels and counters.
Other sample packages consist of the TestManager and the Universal measurement device MEphisto Scope for USB. Solutions for multi channel data login, line printer, as well as reasonably priced packages for universities and training are available.
